THE THERMAL CYCLE

Pulse Pilates offers a comprehensive Pilates experience that goes beyond the machine. Our studio features an infrared sauna to complement your workout followed by a refreshing dip in our cold plunge for ultimate recovery.

INFRARED SAUNA

Infrared saunas, unlike traditional saunas, use light colors, to generate heat. While a traditional sauna warms up the air, an infrared sauna directly heats your body without raising the temperature of the surrounding air. In our full-spectrum infrared saunas, we merge the advantageous infrared rays with the therapeutic allure of visible color light during each sauna session. This combination ensures a safe and rejuvenating sweat experience by eliminating the sun’s troublesome and harmful UV rays.

COLD PLUNGE

Take the plunge! The cold exposure triggers physiological responses that can be beneficial for overall well-being. Cold plunges can help reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and enhance recovery after workouts. The contrast between hot and cold can boost your mood and energy levels, leaving you feeling revitalized aiding in recovery, stress reduction, and even improved mood.

THERMAL CYCLE RULES
 

The Thermal Cycle is a 45 minute private session with access to our infrared sauna and cold plunge. The recommended cycle is 10-15 minutes in the sauna followed by a 1-3 minute cold plunge, and repeat!

​Undergarments are required in sauna and cold plunge. We highly recommend wearing a bathing suit as there are chemicals in the cold plunge for sanitary maintenance.

​

We kindly ask that you utilize a complimentary towel while sitting in the sauna.

​

No shoes in the sauna.
