Our Strength & Stretch Class is designed to tone your muscles and enhance flexibility, helping you build strength, and release tension. This class is the perfect way to end your day with movement. Intended for all levels.

POWER PILATES

This class will challenge you with a fast pace full body workout. You'll target all core muscle groups by combining reformer exercises with advanced moves. Intended for intermediate to advanced levels.

MAT FUSION
